Prepare Before You Walk In

What to do

Research the company's products, culture, and recent news. Know why you want to work there specifically.

Re-read your resume. Know every line on it, because you will be asked about it.

Prepare 3 to 5 strong stories using the STAR method. These cover most behavioral questions.

Practice out loud, not in your head. Speaking and thinking feel very different under pressure.
